CHICAGOLATO makes small-batch vegan gelato for the Chicagoland area, churned fresh every week in Countryside. We use classic Italian technique — slow-churned, dense, and intensely flavored — without a drop of dairy.
Seven signature flavors, from Pistachio Verde to Dark Chocolate Indulge, made in batches small enough that freshness isn’t a promise — it’s a schedule.
How it works
We’re not a walk-in shop. Order online, and we’ll email you when your gallon is ready. Pickup is Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, at 9630 Joliet Rd, Countryside — a short drive from La Grange, Hinsdale, Western Springs, and Willow Springs.
